Choose the home(s) you are interested in from our website. Our website is updated every Monday with new listings and other changes and updates. Please call us at 919-769-0010 to make sure the home is still available.
Drive by each home to make sure you like the location and neighborhood. Our website includes the address for each property under the home description.
Call us at 919-769-0010 to arrange a showing of the homes you're interested in renting.
Download and complete our Leasing Packet.
Once you've decided on the home you would like to rent, download and complete our Leasing Packet. Return the packet to us, along with a $50 application fee and a Earnest Money Deposit equal to one months rent.
- The showing agent will then turn your Rental Offer, along with your checks to the Listing Agent.
- Your Rental Offer will be presented to the Homeowner/Landlord and upon acceptance, we will initiate a credit check.
Your credit report and other verifications will be reviewed with the landlord, who will make the final decision, and you will then be notified.
